Once a year, over 100 artists come together in the pueblo of Akumal to paint murals, offer workshops, performances, engage with the local community and each other. Since 2018 over 500 murals have been painted by an international crew of generous, talented artists.

Our Vision
We work to bring a fiesta to Akumal Pueblo beautifying the town for locals and visitors.
As Akumal is a rapidly developing area and considered a ground zero site for ecological disaster, we believe in art-as-activism for our town.
